The development of plant pathogenic fungi in natural environments; Plant disease control in sustainable agricultural ecosystems; the development of pathogen management strategies that do not require pesticide applications.

Effects of the different management/tillage systems on pathogen dynamics and plant health over time; Sustainable disease control; Mechanism(s) of soil fungistasis and suppressive soils.
